Silva Construction Pro is a licensed and insured general contractor based at 96 Main St in Saugus, Massachusetts. For more than 20 years we have renovated homes across the North Shore, Greater Boston and southern New Hampshire: bathrooms, kitchens, floors, tile, plaster and drywall, paint, masonry, pressure washing and demolition. Along the way we have completed more than 1,000 projects and worked with more than 250 homeowners.
We believe a renovation should not feel like a gamble. Most of what makes a project stressful is uncertainty: what will it cost, when will it start, who is going to be in my house, what happens if something goes wrong. Our job is to remove as much of that uncertainty as possible, and we do it with a simple idea. Premium renovations should not come with a premium price tag.

Every project starts at your home. We visit, walk through the space, talk about what you want and answer your questions before anything is priced. From there we build a detailed plan that covers the layout, the materials, the fixtures and the timeline, and we put the costs in a clear, itemized estimate with no hidden fees. The estimate is free, and so is the conversation.
During the work, you hear from us. We protect the rest of your home with barriers and drop cloths, clean up at the end of each day and explain what we find as walls and floors open up, because older houses in particular hold surprises. When the work is done we walk through the finished project together, make final adjustments and show you how to care for what we installed.
Our clients mention the same things in their Google reviews: crews that protect the kitchen and the floors, people who treat their home with respect and problems that get fixed instead of argued about. We rate 5.0 on Google, and those reviews are the part of this page we are proudest of.
We are registered and licensed in Massachusetts. Our Home Improvement Contractor registration is HIC #213421, and our Construction Supervisor License is CSL #123919. Both are public numbers you can look up before you hire anyone, including us. We carry general liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and we are happy to provide proof of insurance on request.
We also stand behind the work. Renovation projects come with a 2-year workmanship warranty, and the fixtures, tile and materials we install carry their manufacturer’s warranties on top of that. We believe that a contractor who is sure of the work has no reason to be vague about what happens after it is finished.
A good renovation usually involves more than one trade. A new bathroom can mean demolition, plumbing, plaster, tile and paint. A kitchen can add cabinetry, countertops and electrical. We coordinate all of it, working with licensed, insured plumbers and electricians where the job calls for them, so you have one point of contact and one schedule instead of five phone numbers.
That is the practical meaning of being a general contractor. You bring the vision, and we handle the sequence, the permits and the inspections, so the work moves forward in the right order.
We serve Saugus, Lynn, Peabody, Revere, Malden, Danvers, Beverly, Salem, Boston, Haverhill, Newburyport, Amesbury and Salisbury in Massachusetts, and Salem, Nashua and Manchester in New Hampshire. You can see each town on our service areas page.
If you are planning a renovation, or you are not sure yet what your home needs, the next step is a free estimate. Call us at (978) 239-4443, Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or request your estimate online. We will come to your home, listen and tell you honestly what we would do.
